A Job Offer for employment listed on the Skills shortage lists for New Zealand is essential for making the whole process that much easier once you are here in new Zealand. It is still however possible to qualify for a work permit. This is provided your skills are in such short supply, that the employer who makes the job offer completes a declaration that they have advertised locally and cannot find a suitable local candidate to fill the position.
That’s where we come in. With years of recruiting experience throughout New Zealand we effectively match applicant backgrounds with specific employers and vacancies nationwide and assist with the whole process from initial interview to gaining Work Permits to settlement etc.

First of all we offer a FREE evaluation of your CV. Using our years of experience in New Zealand recruitment, we will advise you (based on our assessment of your CV) whether or not you have a practical chance to be successful in relocating to New Zealand. For those who we believe should be successful in completing the process we offer the following:
1. Job search on arrival. We will help find you a job when you arrive in New Zealand. All recruitment agencies offer a free job search service. If you are not physically here in New Zealand, you will struggle to find an agency that is willing to help you.
2. Optional FEE based marketing and relocation service prior to your arrival.

We arrange airport pickups if required, book accommodation (at your cost) offer immigration advice and assistance (what to do and what not to do) and much more. In other words, with this service we "hold your hand" all the way through the process of relocating. The process is fairly simple, when you know how - all the information you need IS available at http://www.immigration.govt.nz/

WARNING!! Over the last few months we have been told of cases from South Africa where after attending seminars folks have been charged exorbitant fees only to find no sight of these companies or people once they arrive here in New Zealand (the perfect, legal con job). Please be extremely skeptical of "FEAR PROMOTIONS" like "one in every three applications fail to get work permits" - the only reason why this is pushed is to normally get folks to pay the exorbitant fees (usually on the same night). Failure to being unsuccessful is more likely to result because of running out of money before being able to find employment!! If you can afford the luxury of a professional immigration consultant it will make life a lot easier but suggest you investigate this thoroughly before parting with any cash. NEVER part with it on the same night of the seminar as it will more than likely be based on emotion - FEAR GETS LOTS OF SALES especially in South Africa when CRIME can be added into the mix at the seminar!! Rather just STOP - wait a week - investigate - then go ahead if you still feel its a good idea. There is also the other side of the coin. We know of a few people who probably would still not be in NZ had they not paid these exorbitant fees in the first place!! IE it was the catalyst - in that by paying the fee they finally made the commitment to take action and immigrate!! To be fair, there are many excellent immigration consultants - but like with most things in life there are bad eggs - just be very careful!
